FedEx Japan, is running a very interesting sales campaign between the 18th of October and the end of December to promote shipping via FedEx between Japan and Europe. Check it out here (Japanese). Customers who ship a package to Europe from Japan can sign up to enter sweepstakes which is giving away the following prizes: a 10,000¥ gift card, a Team FedEx poster, a 1/200-scale limited edition model of a Boeing 777 in FedEx markings, a file folder and magnetic memo clip with Sanrio’s Hello Kitty piloting a FedEx aircraft…or a FedEx package-toting action figure of 2004 Olympic medalist hammer thrower Murofushi Koji. Murofushi-san was signed in 2007 by FedEx and has already been part of several commercials and advertising campaigns.
