On December 3rd, the Asahi network will air a special program that brings together girl idol groups, and it will be called, “Bishoujo Idol Daishuugou! ~kawaiisa amatte OTOME 100bai~.”
The show is hosted by ex-Morning Musume member Yaguchi Mari, and will feature S/mileage, Juliet, Tokyo Girls Style, and SUPER?GiRLS as guests. All together, the show will run about 90 minutes in length with both talk segments and musical numbers.
Tokyo Girls Style will take the first segment on the show, where they will do a challenge called “Japan’s Cute Gourmet Report.” They will tour different restaurants in Tokyo and decide what foods look cute.
SUPER?GiRLS will follow with their very first music variety show appearance in their segment, “SUPER?GiRLS Cute Photo Studio.” The girls will take a series of off-shot photographs, and the studio audience of about 200 people will get to vote on which photos they think are the cutest.
Juliet will run their segment as a discussion on their favorite cute fashions. They will show many different themes for outfits, but also talk about how to coordinate fashions to make a cute ensemble.
Finally, S/mileage will show off their cute factor with a glasses wearing segment. It will be called “Science of Cute“, and will have them discussing cuteness from a scientific point of view.
All the groups will also get a chance to perform live on the show. S/mileage will sing their single, “Onaji Jikyuu de Hataraku Tomodachi no Bijin Mama,” Juliet will sing “Aki Love,” Tokyo Girls Style will sing “Himawari to Hoshikuzu,” and SUPER?GiRLS will sing “Miracle ga Tomaranai!”
