Sudou Masa of popular idol group Berryz Koubou had been been starring in her first lead role in the movie “Light Novel no Tanoshii Kakikata”
The premier airing of the movie had been on December 4th and Sudou is starring amongst other, next to Sato Hisanori, who had also been acting in the musical for “Prince of Tennis”, as well as Taketatsu Ayana, who had lend her voice to popular animes such as “K-ON!”. All of them appeared during the stage greeting of the movie.
This movie centers around the light novel writer under pseudonym”Mio”(Sudou), who is actually known as the school’s tough and pretty girl “Tsurugi”, as well as the high school Otaku “Yakumo”(Sato). As Tsurugi is currently in a writing slump, she and Yakumo are suggested to be a couple for a month only, creating the theme of this love comedy movie.
During the stage greeting, Sudou showed her tough challenge as an actrees, when saying: “On stage the real Sudou Masa is coming to the front, yet, I was a little lost, when I first noticed, how during the movie it is the role I am playing.”
Sato, who played together with her commented: “It was the first time for me to appear in a production of that length, and there were no more than three hours of sleep per night. However, it was still fun.”
