A new track titled “Hyme a l’amour ~Ai no Anthem~” has been announced, and will be featured in forthcoming commercials for Japan’s Pepsi NEX. The track is a cover of Edith Piaf’s classic, and features Utada singing in French along with new Japanese lyrics that Utada penned for the track. Chaku-Uta downloads will commence tomorrow, will Chaku-Uta Full and PC downloads beginning on October 9th.
Additionally, Utada will be performing in Japan for the first time in 4 years, playing 2 nights at Yokohama Arena on December 8th and 9th. Further details on ticket availability will be announced in October.
