Cocoa Otoko has a new single “Sayonara ja Nakute / Seishun Ouka” set for December 14th release and a new album set for release in January but the group has announced that they will dissolve this coming March 2012. Details follow,
Via Cocoa Otoko’s official website, “It’s sudden, but Cocoa Otoko will be disbanding in March 2012. We have all loved our time as Cocoa Otoko but we decided this was necessary and will allow for the five of us to grow even more.”

Cocoa Otoko consists of five actors Kamakari Kenta (Vo), Hosogai Kei (B), Yonehara Kosuke (Dr), Suzuki Shogo (G), and Ide Takuya (Key). The band was created as part of variety program, “Ikemen Deru no Hosoku”, and they have released 5 singles including the upcoming “Sayonara ja Nakute / Seishun Ouka” (12/14).
Further they are scheduled to release their first album in January and plan to hold a live tour in Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya in January/February.
