Announced on Kalafina’s blog site by member Hikaru, the group will release a live album “After Eden Special Live 2011” which is a recording of their live launch performance for “After Eden” on September 21st at Tokyo Dome in Bunkyo, Tokyo city Hall. A few more details follow though no release date or jacket covers yet.
For Kalafina’s special live performance at Tokyo Dome the stage was constructed with a staircase and in such a way to bring the audience closer. All of the tracks from “After Eden” were preformed as well as others like “Red Moon” and “Storia” for a total of 21 tracks including 5 MC conversations with the group.
The album “After Eden” features “Magica” the opening theme for popular anime “Puella Magi Madoka Magica”
