Asami Imai has announced her 9th single “Limited Love” which will be featured as the opening theme for PSP game “Corpse Party 2U”. It’s the third tie-in song with the game series “Corpse Party” that Asami Imai has contributed along with voicing the roll of character Ayumi Shinozaki. The new single comes in two editions and is set for release on July 25th. More details follow.
Asami Imai is a singer/voice actress who has voiced notable rolls in the anime and game versions of Steins;Gate (Kurisu Makise) and The iDOLM@STER (Chihaya Kisaragi). She has also voiced other popular game rolls including BlazBlue (Tsubaki Yayoi) and Corpse Party (Ayumi Shinozaki). Asami released her 8th single “Hasta La Vista” with songs composed by Go Shiina (The iDOLM@STER) on April 25th.
She is also part of unit ARTERY VEIN along with fellow singer/voice actress Eri Kitamura which has contributed theme and insert songs for game Corpse Party. They released their 2nd album a self-titled “ARTERY VEIN” on March 7th. Eri Kitamura is also preparing to release her first solo album “RE; STORY” on July 25th (early release details).
“Limited Love” comes in two editions:
– Limited with bonus DVD that includes music video and off-shoot footage for the title track.
– Regular CD-only.
