Korean band CNBLUE (シーエヌブルー) has announced their 3rd Japanese single “Come on” which is set for release on August 1st. The new single will feature the title track plus two coupling tracks and will be offered in two editions plus a Lawson Stores special edition. The boys are also preparing to release “Unplugged CNBLUE” a DVD of live semi-acoustic performances on June 27th. More details on both releases follows.
CNBLUE released their 2nd Japanese single “Where you are” on February 1st to strong fan support that pushed the single to the #1 spot on the weekly Oricon charts. In Korean the band released their 3rd mini-album “Ear Fun” on April 10th. There is much anticipation for their 3rd Japanese single release as the group’s popularity throughout Asia is rising strongly.
The band’s DVD release “Unplugged CNBLUE” includes live semi-acoustic performances, 12 tracks total, with five songs from MTV Asia Unplugged recorded from Tokyo Billboard Live on January 31st. The release comes in Limited and Regular editions with similar DVD which also includes off-shoot footage from the live events. The Limited edition adds a bonus CD recording of all 12 tracks. New single “Come on” can be purchased in two main editions plus a Lawson Stores edition (similar to Regular w/bonus) available only at Lawson:
– Limited with bonus DVD and photo booklet. The DVD includes music video and off-shoot footage for the title track.
– Regular CD-only edition.
First Press version of the Limited edition offers a second original jacket cover.
