Singer and voice actress Nana Mizuki has announced a new single, her 27th overall, with four tracks that will all be tied to some production including the theme song for anime movie “BLOOD-C The Last Dark”. The all A-side single isn’t yet titled but it set for release on June 6th. Early release details and trailer video for the movie both follow,
The single is announced for one edition, a Regular CD only with First Press bonus of special packaging. The track list isn’t fully announced but will be four songs, the theme song for anime movie “BLOOD-C The Last Dark”, theme song “Jikou Sapphire” for CM meiji Kajou Gumi Megumi, the ending theme “ONE” for NHK-BS drama “Ani Maru Wanda”, and one more track.
The anime movie “BLOOD-C The Last Dark” is related to Summer 2011 anime “BLOOD-C” but gone are the character design and story by CLAMP. For the movie character, story, and anime production will be handled by Production I.G. The voice cast will remain the same for two main characters surviving from the anime series - Saya Kisaragi (Nan Mizuki) and Fumito Nanahara (Kenji Nojima). From the early trailer (below release details) the movie looks like it may be good and fortunately (ed) different from the anime series. The move is set for release June 2nd.
