Perfume has exposed a preview music video for “FAKE IT” from their new compilation album “Perfume Global Compilation LOVE THE WORLD”. Track “FAKE IT” was originally released as coupling track on single “Nee” (2010) and was selected to be part of the new compilation album. The music video though is all new and included on the Limited edition’s bonus DVD. Album “LOVE THE WORLD” hits stores September 12th – read on for more details and the preview video.
The album release is part of Perfume’s efforts to reach fans around Asia and the World. Perfume released their 15th single “Spending all my time” on August 15th and made the new single’s songs available globally via iTunes and via Chaku-Uta Full to seven Asian countries.
Perfume is preparing for their Perfume Asia Tour 2012 this Fall as part of their global initiative, they will perform in four Asian countries in smaller “house” venues:
– October 26th Neo Studio, Taipei Taiwan
– November 7th Rotunda 3, Hong Kong
– November 17th AX-KOREA, Seoul South Korea
– November 24th SCAPE, Singapore
Members of Perfume’s PTA fan club can enter a ticket lottery for the possibility of attending one of the events.
Perfume recorded much of the footage for the new music video “FAKE IT” during a special performance at Yokohama BLITZ. Approximately 400 fan club members were selected to attend and participate in the making of the music video.
