Shokotan (Shoko Nakagawa) held a release event for her new single “Horoscope” January 14th at Kanagawa Lazona mall in front of 7,000 enthusiastic fans. She performed the new song and spent much time greeting as many fans as time allowed. Shokotan dedicated the event and the performance of “Horoscope” to her beloved grandmother who recently passed away on January 3rd. More information and a photos from the event follow,
When Shokotan hit the stage she was greeted with much energy and chats of “Shoko!” and “Chaos Kita!”. She spoke to the fans a bit choked regarding the passing of her grandmother,
Suddenly gone from the norm I didn’t know what to do..the words have stopped. I’m glad everyone was understanding and patiently waiting for ‘tech’.
Shokotan for several years has posted more than daily updates her blog site and stopped updating during this time. Fans understood and blamed it on technical issues.
