Tada Hiroshi has updated the release details for his debut solo single “Wild Card” which is featured as the theme song for TV Asahi series Battle Spirits: Sword Eyes. Tada Hiroshi is also a member of the band The Sketchbook with lead vocals/bass duties. Single “Wild Card” comes in two editions and hits stores November 21st – read on for updated release details.
Band The Sketchbook was formed about 1 year ago around the anime SKET DANCE which has aired its 77th and at least for now final episode in September.
Nearly all of the band’s previous songs were tied to the anime as opening theme, closing theme, or insert songs. They have been promoting their quickly released 2nd album “Re:Action” as a reflection of how they want to grow as a band beyond their beginnings attached to the anime. More details on this album which along with their 5th single “Clear” released on September 26th. The band’s future is unknown with the end of the anime and leader Tada Hiroshi pursuing solo activities.
