UVERworld has updated the release information on their new single “THE OVER” – the cover jackets and full track is now official. The single has a tie-in as the theme song for TV series “Kuro no Onna Kyoshi” which airs on TBS TV in Japan beginning July 22nd. “THE OVER” is the band’s 22nd single and is offered in two editions. It will be in stores August 29th – updated release information follows.
UVERworld has their documentary film “THE SONG” scheduled to be in theaters, TOHO Cinemas Roppongi Hills, August 22nd. Advance tickets were available beginning Friday 7/13 – check special website for more details and trailer video: http://www.uverworld.com/2012/ .
The group’s last single “7th Trigger” released March 28th – more details are here – and made a strong showing on the weekly Oricon charts landing in the 2nd spot selling over 52,000 copies the opening week.
Single “THE OVER” comes in two editions,
– Limited with bonus DVD that includes live performance footage, music video for “Barbell” coupling track from their previous single “7th Trigger”, and promotional spots for their documentary movie and this single.
– Regular CD-only.
