AKB48 has announced their 31st single which includes the voting card for the 2013 General Election “Senbatsu”. The new single isn’t yet titled but comes on six editions including three Limited that include a photo book by Japanese photographer Mika Ninagawa known for vibrant-colored photos. AKB48 held their 2012 General Election “Senbatsu” at Nippon Budokan which picked the leader and members for their 27th single “Gingham Check”. Oshima Yuko was selected on top from all 237 members of AKB48, NMB48, SKE48, and HKT48, with over 108,000 votes. The top 16 members were selected to participate on the single’s title track and the top 64 members participated on the coupling tracks. More details here and at the Google+ site linked below.

The new single comes on 3-pairs of editions, each with a different 3rd track,

– Limited and Regular type 1 with DVD that includes three music videos and additional footage. The Limited type-I includes a photo book by photographer Mika Ninagawa and ticket to hand-shake meeting. The Regular type-I includes photo (1 of 50). Both include a voting card for the General Election.

– Limited and Regular type 2 with DVD that includes three music videos and additional footage. The Limited type-II includes a photo book by photographer Mika Ninagawa and ticket to hand-shake meeting. The Regular type-II includes photo (1 of 50). Both include a voting card for the General Election.

– Limited and Regular type 3 with DVD that includes three music videos and additional footage. The Limited type-III includes a photo book by photographer Mika Ninagawa and ticket to hand-shake meeting. The Regular type-III includes photo (1 of 50). Both include a voting card for the General Election.
