Aya Hirano has updated the details for her 12th single “TOxxxIC” – cover jackets, full track list, and preview video are revealed. The single is produced by Steve Diamond who has worked with artists such as Britney Spears and Michael Jackson. Its her first single since transferring record labels to Universal Music Japan and first in almost three years since “Hysteric Barbie” (2010.06). After transferring to Universal Music Japan Aya Hirano released album “Fragments” in May 2012 (more details). She also released single “Zutto Kitto” in the character voice of Lucy which was used as the ending theme for the anime movie “Fairy Tail: Hooh no Miko” (more details).
For the Winter anime season Aya Hirano continues in her roll of Lucy (Fairy Tail) and returns to voice character Imai Nobume (今井信) in anime Gintama. Plus she is voicing character Kaoru Akashi in new anime THE UNLIMITED – Hyobu Kyosuke.
Continuing to branch out with her acting career, Aya Hirano will perform in musical “Les Miserables” in the roll of Eponine. Performances run April 23rd 2013 through June 9th 2013 at the Tokyo Imperial Theater. Link to event website with more information below.
