Sweety recently updated the release details for their 3rd single “Candy Teleportation” (キャンディーテレポーテーション) – cover jackets, full track list, and a preview music video are revealed. The single also has a tie-in as the opening theme for TV Tokyo’s Anison Plus show for February. Single “Candy Teleportation” comes on two editions and hits stores February 27th 2013. Singer/voice actress unit Sweety made their singing debut with single “UNLUCKY GIRL!!” (2012.05.30) which was featured as the first ending theme for anime TV series Sengoku Collection. Their second single “back into my world” (2012.08.08) was featured as the second opening theme for Sengoku Collection.
Unit Sweety is comprised of 3 rookie seiyuus – Aya Takenouchi, Rika Gaoitomo, and Yui Hasegawa who made their voice acting debuts also in anime Sengoku Collection. Each voiced one of the Third Shine Maidens who have recurring rolls in each episode of the 24 episode TV anime series which ended September 2012.
Cover jacket for their new single’s Limited edition is illustrated by Shibata Katsunori character designer for anime Sengoku Collection. The costumes for the Regular edition jacket and music video were made by cosplay designer Takenouchi Sayaka to match the illustrations.
New single “Candy Teleportation” is scheduled to come on two editions,
– Limited with DVD that includes music video for the title track.
– Regular CD-only.
