GRANRODEO announced they’ll provide the 3rd opening theme that starts with the final arc of Kuroko’s Basketball season 3. They provided all opening themes for the anime except for the upcoming Teiko arc. Their 23rd single isn’t yet titled but planned for three editions scheduled for release June 3rd 2015. Most recently Rock duo GRANRODEO released 22nd single Punky Funky Love on January 28th 2015. The single’s featured as the first opening theme for anime Kuroko’s Basketball season 3.
Singer/voice actor KISHOW (Taniyama Kisho) and guitarist e-ZUKA (Iizuka Masaaki) form GRANRODEO. They previously provided the 4 opening theme songs for seasons 1 & 2 of anime Kuroko’s Basketball,

The 2nd opening theme for season 3 is ZERO provided by voice actor Ono Kensho who voices lead character Kuroko. Its his second single and his first single Fantastic Tune was featured as ED2 for the anime’s season 2.
The anime Kuroko’s Basketball (Kuroko no Basuke, 黒子のバスケ), adapted from manga by Tadatoshi Fujimaki, centers around Kuroko Tetsuya part of a legendary Generation of Miracles middle school basketball team. He was the invisible 6th man on that team that no one seems to be able to remember but with an undeniable presence. Now a first year at Serin High School he chooses to become the shadow for fellow first year Kagami Taiga (who spent his middle school in America) to help fulfill Kagami’s goal of becoming the best basketball player in Japan. Their team from Serin battles other teams including the 5 teams who each have one of the Generation of Miracles in the Winter Cup to determine the top High School Basketball team in Japan.
The 3rd season of Kuroko’s Basketball started January 10th 2015 on MBS TV and Tokyo MX in Japan and continues this spring season. Outside of Japan provider Crunchyroll simulcasts season 3 with the first two seasons available on-demand.
