KARA is getting ready to release new Japanese single Summer☆Gic / Sunshine Miracle / SUNNY DAYS. The triple a-side single is their 2nd single in Japan since under going a line-up change in 2014. Track Summer☆Gic (Summer Magic) gets tie-up as theme song for Fuji TV series Uchikuru!?. KARA’s 12th Japanese single comes on 7 editions releasing May 5th 2015. The popular Korean group has undergone a major line-up change in 2014 when members Nicole Jung and Jiyoung left to pursue solo careers. Management launched TV reality show Kara Project to select possible new members from a group of DSP media trainees and former members of group Puretty. By fan vote Heo Youngji won the competition and joined KARA as now a 4 member unit.
The first Japanese single from the new unit Mamma Mai! released August 27th 2014.
