Perfume announced new single STAR TRAIN with tie-up as theme song for their upcoming documentary film WE ARE Perfume – WORLD TOUR 3rd DOCUMENT hitting select theaters in Japan on October 31st 2015. Single STAR TRAIN comes on two editions scheduled for release on October 28th 2015.
The single includes coupling track TOKIMEKI LIGHTS featured, along with Perfume in CM campaign for Eisai Chocola BB series of vitamin health supplements.
This year Perfume celebrates their 10th anniversary since major label debut and 15th anniversary since forming (as 10 and 11 year olds at special performing arts school).
Their first documentary film WE ARE Perfume – WORLD TOUR 3rd DOCUMENT chronicles their early 2015 tour that hit venues in Asia, Europe, USA, and other countries. Special website has more details and ticket/theater information (link below).
Their 22nd single STAR TRAIN comes on two editions. Limited includes extra coupling song plus karaoke versions. Both editions include jacket cover poster (while supplies last).
