Nana Mizuki (水樹奈々) is getting ready to release new single STARTING NOW! and unveiled a preview music video. Her 34th single has tie-up as opening theme for upcoming anime Kono Bijutsu-bu niwa Mondai ga Aru! (この美術部には問題がある! ). Single STARTING NOW! comes on one CD-only edition releasing July 13th 2016.
The single also includes coupling track Anti-phona (アンティフォーナ) with tie-up as theme for smartphone game THE TOWER OF PRINCESS.
Anime Kono Bijutsu-bu niwa Mondai ga Aru! (この美術部には問題がある! ) is adapted from manga by Imigimuru and produced by studio feel. The story follows a middle school art club and its members who constantly do anything but art.
The anime airs starting July 7th 2016 on TBS TV in Japan. Ending theme Koisuru Zukei (cubic futurismo) (恋する図形 (cubic futurismo)) provided by Uesaka Sumire.
Nana Mizuki will hold a special MTV Unplugged acoustic live event October 23rd 2016 at Maihama Amphitheatre. Application flyer for event invitation lottery included with new single (application deadline July 25th 2016).
