The group makes their way to the Auguste Isles, an island holding an entire ocean. While examining a mysterious substance, Rackam runs into an old friend who leads them to the capital city of Mizarea. There, the group splits up to tend to smaller tasks, while Gran and Lyria venture off to see the sights.

Gran and company visit another island for supplies, and take on an archaeological exploration job for Siero. The group reaches the ruin’s entrance, but a series of events causes them to split up into two groups. Cut off from each other, they move forward in order to meet up again, and encounter the treasure hunters Mary and Karva along the way.

Djeeta is a girl who lives on the remote island of Zinkenstill. After meeting Lyria, who is on the run from the Erste Empire, they leave on a journey into the sky, as if guided by destiny. Their next destination is Auguste, where Sierokarte runs a beach bar...

Lyria returns with Gran and the others to Auguste. They see the city, devastated even more by Leviathan’s fury. Eugen is on the verge of giving up when Lyria says, “I want to help Leviathan.” At the same time, the skilled knights begin working to protect Auguste.

Gran and company visit the Lumacie Isles in order to wake up the comatose Lyria. Rosetta leads them to a giant tree nestled deep in a forest. She summons Yggdrasil, the primal beast that protects Lumacie, and explains that with her help Gran can enter Lyria’s consciousness.

The Auguste Isles are taking fire from the Erste Empire’s attack. Gran pursues the abducted Lyria, rushing towards the airship landing site, where the empire’s warships have appeared. Meanwhile, Pommern makes off with Lyria, but just then, a primal beast, Leviathan, rises from the sea, along with a gigantic column of water.

The match between Cho-Cho and Shinki of the Hidden Sand begins. Confronted by a foe who is unbelievably calm and menacing, Cho-Cho assumes a seriousness that she rarely reveals as her teammates watch and cheer her on. Boruto and Shikadai's match is next, and the moment nears when the two friends will face off against each other for the first time!

In search of a conclusion to their movie, the assistant director, the prop master, and the publicist meet with the Classic Lit Club members one at a time to propose their solutions to the unfinished murder mystery.

One of Eru's acquaintances invites the Classic Lit Club to a screening of a student film made by the members of Class 2-F so they can offer their opinions. When the movie takes an unexpected turn, the club is called on to help find a solution.

During summer vacation, the Classic Lit Club members take a trip into the mountains to stay at a hot springs resort inn run by Mayaka's relatives. While there, Eru and Mayaka see what appears to be the ghost of a man who hanged himself!

Hotaro's history class is interrupted by an outburst coming from Eru's math class, prompting a discussion in the Classic Lit Club about the nature of the seven deadly sins, and what might provoke Eru to become angry.

Hotaro is torn between continuing with his "gray" life and the "rosy" life that the others live. A phone call from Hotaro's sister leads him to believe that there are pieces missing to his theory regarding the events of Sekitani's expulsion.

Eru decides to solicit Satoshi and Mayaka's help hypothesizing what happened to her uncle. The club members meet at the Chitanda estate, where they present their research and surmise what they believe happened 45 years ago.

Over coffee, Eru opens up to Oreki to explain why she joined the club, and asks him for his help with a personal matter. Still unable to locate any anthologies, the club members run into an obstacle when trying to search the club's previous room.

Hotaro is enlisted by Eru to appear in a Dolls' Festival parade that her local shrine holds every year. When construction work unexpectedly causes a last-minute detour, it leaves the participants wondering what went awry.

While in middle school, Satoshi rejected Mayaka's Valentine chocolate, so this year, she works even harder to present him with a Valentine's Day masterpiece. But when it turns up missing, the search is on to discover what happened to it.
