During a sudden battle with Jean-Killer, Hikaru learns about the time limit that he can fuse with Ultraman. While discussing the matter with Misuzu and Chigusa, the group is seen by Kenta who worries that he's being left out. As Kenta fumes, he becomes prey for an Alien Valky!

When an idol cancels at the last second, Misuzu is asked to fill in. Not used to the bright lights and intense cameras Misuzu is hesitant but still accepts... only now she's being followed by the undersea hominid, Ragon! The wannabe photographer Kenta, and Chigusa who secretly pines to become an idol... Hikaru steps up as Ultraman Ginga to protect all his friends.
