Hurrying to get back, the two regroup with Yoruichi, who proposes to get past the heavily guarded Senkaimon by force. Meanwhile in the World of the Living, Kon and Nozomi find themselves attacked by Kira, Nanao, and a Soul Reaper calling himself Kageroza.

Asuha, on the other hand, doesn't seem exactly pleased that her dad had a lot of bad things said about him. Naoya tells Asuha that, instead, he wishes for her to become friends with Lotte.
